I'm also waiting for Brothers in Arms for XBox. Yea, it's a WWII shooter, sue me.
It's like a madhouse here! My mom has no net, that means in an hour or two, mine will go away as well. I have to eat dinner, answer IMs, make a paper box for my bro's GF, I have to shower and go to bed in 5 mins! 0th class tomorrow. Man, I need to be friggin' Hyper now!
Spent the last 5 hours installing FFXI. Fortunately, i watched stand-up comedian Bill Bailey on DVD to keep me amused for part of the wait.
...And, looking at the further hour wait, i'll probably take up something both spiritually enlightening yet morally seductive to pass the time. Yes, the rubix cube.

5 hours????? Omfg. I've played third age afternoon, now watching tv, soon I'll watch naruto instead of tv.
Yeah, a whole 5 hours, and still going. Its enough to make me start nibbling on kitten ears in a vain attempt to fill the slowly gaping void in my soul.
That's just wrong, they should slap the programmers
They should. Why use the medium of 7 CD's over a solitary dual layered DVD? That being said, the game itself is solid gold.
Well, at least in terms of graphics and sound. So far, of my 1 hour worth of playing, its been a little cumbersome trying to grasp all the controls, but i guess thats a mandatory setback for all MMORPG's.
FFXI is horrid.
How are you playing FFXI? Isn't your computer about as effective as running windows on a dog?
